A welcome and introduction to the event along with time to explore stations set up to provide financial resources
30 minutes of yoga led by a professional instructor
10 minutes of guided meditation
10 minutes of breathwork (benefiting physical and mental health by breathing through the cold plunge experience)
One 3-minute cold plunge experience per participant
Event set-up and clean-up
A cold plunge is full body submersion in water at a
temperature below 60 degrees. We provide submersion tubs that usually range from 38 to 43 degrees Fahrenheit.
